Glass Pavilion (Casa de Campo Park)
Information
This is an emblematic building in Spain’s trade show and exhibition industry, built in 1965. It enjoys spectacular views of the Royal Palace and La Almudena Cathedral. It has a large exhibition area, split over three interconnected levels via lifts and stairways.
The Ground Floor can hold 3,160 people in its trade show or exhibition capacity, the Mezzanine Level can hold 1,640 people, and the Top Floor can hold 1,600 people. It is connected via a tunnel to Multipurpose Pavilion I and is a unique venue to hold major themed shows and exhibitions.
Among them, we can highlight Desembalaje, specialised in antiques; ClassicAuto Madrid, the Madrid International Classic Car Show ; Creative Madrid, devoted to the world of DIY; Iberjoya Forever, aimed at the jewellery sector; or Japan Weekend, which revolves around everything related to this Asian country (manga, anime, videogames, etc.).
