Convention Pavilion (Casa de Campo)
Information
The Convention Pavilion is located at the Casa de Campo Exhibition Ground and next to the Madrid Río Park, the best venue for fairs, professional shows, exhibitions, meetings and product presentations.
Located in the most western entrance to the site, it has a useful surface area of 2,886 square metres, divided between a ground floor and an upper floor.
The architects, Jaime Ruiz and Francisco Cabrero designed the Conventions Pavilion, which was built in 1953. The building’s structural rehabilitation works were carried out in 2019 and 2020, along with the reconstruction of the awning over the main entrance. Its main facilities were also fitted out and refurbished.
Easily accessible via public transport, it is close to the Alto de Extremadura metro station, and linked to other neighbourhoods of the city by various EMT lines, it has parking spaces nearby.
The 3rd Patchwork Fair, the DiveroSenior Fair and the Exhibition and Forum of Installation Companies and Distributors of the Community of Madrid (EFICAM) are some of the business events that have been held at the refurbished Convention Pavilion.
