This stall at the San Miguel Market offers exclusive, top-quality native Spanish meats such as Angus or Wagyu, as well as homemade meat products.
In its open kitchen, any cut of meat is prepared daily, such as Tomahawk, T-bone, entrecôte or tapas of different pieces of Iberian beef and pork, lamb from Ternasco de Aragón, homemade hamburgers and a wide range of skewers and typical Madrid dishes, such as tripe or stewed tail. They also specialise in meats matured using the Dry-Aged system. All these dishes can be eaten at any of the tables at the market or prepared to go.
