Information
A year after earning his first Michelin star in La Cabra, Javier Aranda was given another star for his new establishment on Príncipe de Vergara Street in Madrid. Here patrons enjoy trying the tasty and aesthetically pleasing dishes that form part of a distinct gastronomic experience in a dining room featuring an open oval kitchen.
Aranda (coming from Piñera restaurant) opened his new establishment (named after the chef’s grandfather) in mid-2016, at the site of Los Borrachos de Velázquez. The kitchen in the middle of the dining room is the realisation of a super modern restaurant concept. Fabulous oak heartwood tables complete the stylish, futuristic décor.
Quality and innovation are the starting point of his Javier Aranda tasting menu, in which the chef and his team explore seasonal cuisine in depth. From Tuesday to Saturday, it is also possible to dine á la carte for lunch and dinner.
