The authentic Spanish flavors based on iconic cookbooks of Spanish cuisine like Marquesa de Parabere, Simone Ortega, Mayte Commodore and even recipes from La Enciclopedia Salvat de la Cocina are here reimagined in all their splendor.

The menu includes typical Madrid dishes with a modern, but simple twist. Every day it offers a stew and/or a soup dish and several fish and meat gourmet dishes. Their desserts are inspired in traditional Madrid sweets.
