The chef David Masllorens Pérez brings us Arado – a culinary heart of the Hotel Melia Madrid Serrano that comprises a restaurant, an abundance of gourmet products, a cocktail bar and an inner terrace. The authentic Spanish flavors based on iconic cookbooks of Spanish cuisine like Marquesa de Parabere, Simone Ortega, Mayte Commodore and even recipes from La Enciclopedia Salvat de la Cocina are here reimagined in all their splendor.
Its sophisticated and modern design creates a comfortable atmosphere where you can have a drink or eat something at any time of day as it combines in a same place the culinary experience with an afterwork area and a terrace for private events and parties.
The menu includes typical Madrid dishes with a modern, but simple twist. Every day it offers a stew and/or a soup dish and several fish and meat gourmet dishes. Their desserts are inspired in traditional Madrid sweets.
