The city of Madrid hosts the world première of an immersive experience that takes visitors through the creative universe of the films by the American director, Tim Burton. It can be seen at the Espacio Ibercaja Delicias from 29 September to 9 April, organised by LETSGO and the creator himself, offering a journey into his different stages through his original sketches.

Tim Burton, Labyrinth is a unique experience, a journey to the creative universe of the film director, producer, writer and artist, who has amazed audiences of all ages since the 1980s thanks to his popular feature films, such as Beetlejuice, Batman, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow, Alice in Wonderland, Corpse Bride, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. 

The exhibition is based on the original sketches that are on loan from Burton himself and offers visitors to go on a journey through a labyrinth that shows the director’s different stages, visiting rooms that have been staged using the lighting, technology, music, stage design and costumes from his films. 

Visitors can enter Tim Burton’s mind and immerse themselves in his characters and iconic sequences from his extensive film career. Go through the gloomy but magical forest of Corpse Bride, discover the Tragic Toys or the story of Oyster Boy, manage not to lose your head with the Queen of Hearts, etc.

It is worth highlighting that the film director will become the first Ambassador of Madrid, a recognition created by Madrid City Council that awards those who do a lot internationally to benefit the city.
