Architecture Week 2023

    Information

The COAM Architecture Foundation and the Official Association of Architects of Madrid, in conjunction with Madrid City Council and the Community of Madrid, are organising the 20th Architecture Week at the end of September 2023.

Architecture takes centre stage with an extensive programme that brings together around 300 free activities, including exhibitions, acts, conferences, visits to buildings, urban itineraries and children’s activities for all audiences.

The origins of the Architecture Week date back to 1997, when the International Union of Architects (UIA) proclaimed the first Monday of October as World Architecture Day, coinciding with the World Habitat Day, announced by the UN General Assembly 12 years earlier to boost reflection on the state of our environment and cities.
