Swinton & Grant

    Information

Located on the thoroughfare that connects the Reina Sofía Museum, Calle del Doctor Fourquet (the art gallery street), Casa Encendida and Tabacalera, this two-floor establishment brings together the passions of its founders: books and art. This gallery and bookshop seeks to stimulate Madrid’s art scene, offering a space that can give rise to great ideas.

The space is divided into two floors: the Swinton Gallery is on the lower floor, consisting of two halls of more than 200 square metres, with space for all types of national and international artistic projects. On the upper floor, Ciudadano Grant is a bookshop specialised in urban and avant-garde art, as well as comics, graphic novels,   fanzines and the artist’s book. It has a diverse and specialised archive  in Spanish and the original language of the publications.
