Located at Calle Almagro, 9, this ecological and smart building is the head office of the  Cuatrecasas law firm. Its refurbishment in  2012 by the GCA Arquitectes and Ruiz Barbarin Arquitectos – Arquimania studios, won the COAM Prize 2013.

The property is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Inside, a glass cylinder, which runs through the 8 floors of the building up to the roof, allowing natural light to reach all of the floors,  stands out.

It also has an auditorium with capacity for 180 people, 29 meeting rooms, library, documentation centre and a 500 square metre garden in the central courtyard, as well as 4 terraces.  The courtyard links the interior with the exterior.
