Galería Cayón

    Information

This gallery is located in two adjoining premises: an old garage of a building from the 1920s and the auditorium and theatre of the adjacent convent, in the heart of the Chamberí district. It houses a very large exhibition area that, since 2005, has demonstrated its international vocation and its desire to show stage exhibitions.

Its exhibitions and collections mainly revolve around artists who are concerned about space and the problems and solutions it offers. But it is also interested in individual and collective exhibitions outside of this line such as those dedicated to Josef Albers, Robert Rauschenberg and Andy Warhol, for example.

Since 2008, the gallery has been working closely with and representing artists and legacies such as the Palazuelo, Eduardo Chilida, Cruz-Diez, and Jesus Soto legacies. It has also put on exhibitions by artists such as Mark Tobey and Andy Warhol.
