Located in the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood, this school offers extra virgin olive oil tasting sessions as well courses on olive growing and oil-making. Since 2020, it has also offered beer tasting courses.
They have different courses, such as tasting, which are run on four levels including training to become an Extra Virgin Olive Oil sommelier and a Maestro Almazara or Master Olive Oil Maker, which teaches you how to make extra virgin olive oil.
