Emperador Castellana Tower

    Information

This tower forms part of the four skyscrapers that make up a business park built on the land of the former Real Madrid Sports Stadium. The other three towers are the Cepsa Tower, the PwC Tower (formerly the Sacyr Vallehermoso Tower), the Glass Tower and the Space Tower.

With a height of over 230 metres and a surface area of 56,250 square metres, the Space Tower is unique and singular, not only for the construction of 57 floors above ground but mainly for its design, its technology, its energy efficiency, its safety and its exceptional level of services.

The Philippine wine group, Emperador, has owned the tower since 2015, after buying it from the Villar Mir Group. In autumn 2021, they decided to change its name from Espacio Tower to Emperador Castellana Tower.
