American climber and entrepreneur Chris Sharma set up this large climbing centre, located in the San Blas district. After opening a first venue in Barcelona in 2015, the Madrid venue, with about 4000 square metres of climbing walls, is the largest indoor climbing wall in Spain. It offers climbing classes for children from ages 4 and up, and for adults.

Sharma Climbing Madrid has walls up to 19 metres high, with about 160 routes and 150 blocks; a 30 metre wide Boulder competition wall, perfect for climbing competitions; a Campus board, with different types of grips, and a Kilterboard (illuminated tiltable wall that allows you to choose from more than 50 000 options) and 2 speed routes approved by the IFSC (International Climbing Federation).

In addition, it has a gym with a fitness area, exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, free weights, dumbbells, a callisthenics cage, and plenty of space to stretch and warm up before starting training; a functional room, equipped for yoga, although it can also be used for TRX classes, pilates, etc…; a children's area with a wall adapted to the needs of the littlest climbers; a shop with everything you need to climb; and a bar-restaurant for 40 people, overlooking the climbing wall. There is also a 400-metre terrace where outdoor yoga classes and various events can be held.
