Retamares Golf Club

    Information

Designed by José María Olazábal, this 18-hole par-72 golf course covers 720,000 square metres. It stands out for its fabulous terrain and its eight lakes of crystal-clear water, which make the course very popular with golf lovers. The course hosted the Open Mahou 2007, a tournament of the European Challenge Tour, and the Madrid Ladies Masters 2007.

Renovated in 2007, the golf club is an ideal place for families with children. It offers a variety of sporting, recreational and dining facilities: two swimming pools, six paddle courts (two are floodlit), two tennis courts, a gym, a bar and restaurant, a function hall, a childcare centre, and more.

There is a large driving range with 33 covered bays; two-way driving range; special children's area, with 12 covered bays and 30 open grass bays; swing analysis room; putting green; approach area, and a practice bunker.

Furthermore, the clubhouse alongside the golf course boasts more than 3,000 m² for catering purposes and to host social and corporate events, in modern facilities which were refurbished in 2011, following the design of Joaquín Torres, and offer spectacular panoramic views and magical sunsets.  There are also 28 private accommodation suites for golf events and championships.
