La Nave Parkour Academy

    Information

Located in the district of Puente de Vallecas, this innovative gym is the first in Madrid dedicated exclusively to the practice of parkour, a sport that originated in France which consists of avoiding urban obstacles by performing acrobatics, requiring total body control. This original training method aims to improve physical and mental ability for greater body control.

This 360° space was created by Miguel Espada, Eduardo Arocha, and the renowned influencer Antonio Mojonero, alias Shifer. They are aiming to achieve greater recognition for this sporting practice and make it easier to learn for all those interested.

La Nave covers an area of 900 square metres and includes all kinds of metal structures, concrete walls, wooden platforms, a foam pit, and a tatami to practice and learn this discipline.

At this site, you can also practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art, combat sport, and personal defence system developed in Brazil.
