This little shop offers majestic formulae inherited from one of the oldest pharmacies in Florence: the Officina Profumo Farmacéutica di Santa María Novella. Despite its reduced dimensions, its shelves hold myriad products.

There are natural perfumes produced from flowers and natural fixatives, as well as soaps made with milk, olive oil, sulphur and mint. You'll find body milks, rose water, rice powder for the face, honey cream for hair, tincture of myrrh for gums and much more.

All of the products are produced using the finest raw materials and the same procedures as those employed by craftsmen of the past. Today, they still create the products based on herbs and natural lipids, with soaps pressed and wrapped by hand. These ancestral techniques have been meticulously tested and employ no chemical additives or synthetic substances.
