Quesería Cultivo

    Information

Handmade Spanish cheeses are produced, selected, matured and distributed from this cheese store.  It has its own cheese makers, in three Spanish regions, where ewe’s and cow’s milk is transformed to make some of its references.  It has two traditional and protected cheeses, namely Manchego and Gamoneu. It is committed to introducing innovative cheese technologies to obtain unique cheeses with character and identity.

On the other hand, it works directly with a dozen small producers that supply white cheeses matured in their caves, which round off the catalogue of cheeses.

In addition to selling cheese, it has a room for workshops, tastings and pairings.

Quesería Cultivo has another three stores in Madrid: Carrera de San Francisco, 14, in La Latina; Calle Cavanilles 6, on the corner of Jose Sánchez Pescador; and Calle Clara del Rey, 20.
