Preciados Street

    Information

This area is also packed with most of the famous high-street fashion stores such as Zara, H&M, Mango, Blanco and Camper, as well as department stores, and numerous shoe and accessories shops.

The El Corte Inglés emporium, never absent in commercial districts, is present, as are its specialist music and book stores, and there is also a large FNAC department store. Nevertheless, in the surrounding streets many examples of traditional trade survive from the early 20th and even the late 19th centuries. Some are devoted to the sale of traditional items with a local flavour, such as fans, guitars, mantillas, religious icons and embroidered mantón de manila shawls.
