La Melguiza

    Information

On the bijou Calle de Santiago, just a stone's throw from San Miguel Market, we find this exquisite boutique dedicated to products made using saffron, a carefully selected range from gourmet foods to cosmetics and items for the home.

More than a shop, La Melguiza is a tribute to the delicate saffron flower, seeking to promote its consumption through products that reflect its delicacy, value and tradition, while breaking the myth that it is a luxury commodity, since it is a spice where a little goes a long way, and it has many uses. Here you can find oils, honeys, salts, and paella mixtures, but also aromatic candles, shampoos, and creams based on the benefits of this plant.
