López Pascual

    Information

López Pascual is Madrid’s oldest ham shop. It opened its doors in the early 20th century and since then three generations have devoted themselves in body and soul to one of the most popular items of our gastronomy: ham. With over 80 years of history and experience behind them, López Pascual can be proud to say they haven’t changed the way they treat ham.

They offer the guarantee of having personally selected the pieces, which they choose, taste and seal themselves at the place origin and follow closely the curing process up until the moment when they attain the desired flavour and aroma, making them worthy of the most exquisite palates.

Their specialty is the Iberian pork ham, acorn-fed in the most traditional areas, like Jabugo, Cumbres Mayores and Guijuelo. And to make this delicacy even more irresistible, they pay special attention to the way in which the ham is cut, using a good knife and the skills of a true professional.
