Information
This artisanal bakery, which is over sixty years old, has passed through three family generations since the Hungarian Nicolás Gruber founded the establishment in the Salamanca district after coming from Budapest, through Gijón, at the beginning of the 30's. They are known for their raspberry bars, made with "sable" dough, the cream mille feuille or their apple strudels.
