    The shop itself forms part of the monastery of Corpus Christi (C.XVII) in the medieval quarter of Madrid. Delicacies from other times that can be found here: truffles from Belorado (Burgos), homemade jams from Soria, orange blossom, rose and jasmine jelly from Seville, sugared almonds from Cigales (Valladolid), walnut delights from Badajoz, yemas (sugary sweets made from egg yolks) from Santa Clara, honey from Aragón, sugar-free chocolate from Berga (Barcelona), fairy cakes, doughnuts and alfajores (spicy nut and honey cakes) from Seville, amongst others.
