Taramara
Information
The district of Barajas is home to this gastronomic project developed by chefs Sergio and Roberto Hernández, as they pay tribute to traditional Spanish dishes, bringing their own touches of creativity and famous dishes from their other restaurant in Madrid, Latasia.
The restaurant can seat up to 100 people and is divided into three areas: the bar, with high tables where you can order light bites and snacks; a dining room with an open kitchen; and the lounge area, decorated with seventies style furniture and a modern walnut fireplace.
The dishes included on its menu include traditional recipes such as ham croquettes, Madrid style 'callos' (tripe), and Andalusian style squid, served alongside more innovative dishes such as 'tacos al pastor' filled with charcoal grilled brisket and red onion, and an original approach to fish and chips, with crispy turbot and yuca and sweet potato chips. Alongside the gastronomic offerings, there is a wine menu that places the emphasis on Spanish wineries, and a wide variety of cocktails on offer.
