The Lake at Casa de Campo is the chosen venue for the TriCiclo Group and The Hat Madrid for another of its gastronomic proposals. Alongside the successful Villa Verbena, this space brings together gastronomy, sport and beer, where dishes can also be savoured with smoke and coal as the common denominator and a variety of leisure-sporting activities are offered by some of the country’s top athletes. It also has a repair shop to maintain all types of bicycles.
The establishment, occupying a surface area of 600 m2 and with capacity for 400 people, has been designed as a meeting point between athletes after finishing their physical activity.
Its international menu includes several starters to share and snack on, as well as large pieces, such as glazed pork shank, a Mexican pibil suckling pig, home-made BBQ pork ribs or Peruvian anticucho. It also prepares roast chicken with different seasonings, sandwiches, hamburgers and tacos, among other proposals, which can be eaten there or taken away to enjoy a picnic in the surrounding area.
El Taller’s offer is rounded off with a variety of beers, special pairings, cooking courses, Street Food festivals, talks on nutrition, plans for children at weekends, multi-screens for sporting events and various activities scheduled daily , although they are only organised in the afternoons in summer.
