This Japanese bar offers a novel culinary concept, fusing sophisticated Taiwanese cuisine with the traditional small dishes served at Japanese izakayas. The bar is divided into different areas, whisking diners away to Japan to enjoy a wide variety of Ramen soups, Baos and Gyozas.

Ninja Ramen has spaces where you can eat in traditional Japanese style, seated on the floor in private rooms on the upper floor, or at communal tables, and more Western style tables and chairs, located in the main dining room. All decorated in traditional Japanese style, with lanterns and plants.

The dishes included on the menu are traditionally made and creatively presented. There is a range of different entrées, brochettes, tempura, kushiyaki, as well as the famous Japanese soups.
