Montmartre 1889
Information
A few steps from the Palacio Real and the Teatro Real, Hotel Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques houses this restaurant an wine bar with a menu that takes us on a journey through Spanish and French cuisine in a refined setting that is reminiscent of the 1889 Paris Universal Exhibition.
The decoration in red, black and gold tones gives it an air of elegance. It is spacious and comfortable with several square tables, red armchairs and a large brown deep-buttoned high-back sofa-bench placed along one of its walls. It also has a patio where you can have lunch or dinner.
Its menu consists of modern dishes that combine popular tradition with artistic creativity. They offer different dishes like migas with a pork jowl confit and an egg cooked at low temperature, San Martin de Dordogne partridge salad with sweet potato and a honey-mustard dressing or the liquid croquettes with jamon. They have a wide selection of exquisite wines.
