The signature cuisine of the chef, César Martín, is presented in a simple yet sophisticated atmosphere, with a menu that includes dishes prepared with excellent seasonal produce.
The establishment has a bar area at the entrance, with several high tables where you can have breakfast or a snack, a large dining room that is both elegant and simple in shades of grey and blue which contrast with the wooden floors, and which has plenty of light thanks to the large windows and a show kitchen, which is known as the “machine room”.
The menu, which is the same in the bar area as in the dining room, offers most of its dishes in half-portions and full portions, and it consists of starters, quality fish and meat main courses, desserts and an extensive list of national and international wines.
