La Musa (Manuela Malasaña)

    Information

A modern place with a young and comfortable ambience perfect to chat with friends, have a coktail or a tapa with a beer or a glass of wine. Some of their culinary suggestions stand out: fried green tomatoes salad with goat cheese and fig confit; tapas like wild pig meat glazed with honey alioli sauce, sobrasada mallorquina, fish ceviche with mashed sweet potatoes and fried corn, or lacón and tetilla cheese sandwich in liquorice bread. For those unable to choose just one of their many suggestions, they also offer an assortment of the tapas included on the menu for two people. We also have to take into consideration their char coal grilled food: colgado de ciervo (deer meat) marinated with cherry tomatoes, or an assorted selection of meat with chorizo criollo, veal, chicken, vegetables and french fries. Short but select list of red, white, rosé an sweet wine. They offer a set menu for lunch everday consisting of two first and two second courses to choose and a dessert or coffee (bread and drink included on the price). Simple decoration with wooden tables and folding chairs. Informal, meticulous and perfectionist style.
