This restaurant located in the Hotel Double Tree by Hilton Prado, in Las Letras (Literary Quarter), is the urban version of the Kirei Barajas, a sober and elegant establishment to enjoy the personal vision of Japanese cuisine by the award-winning chef, Ricardo Sanz.

Kirei Las Cortes has three different areas: a sushi bar, a room presided by the cylinder with the brand’s characteristic round table and a bar located in one of the hotel’s courtyards. Its menu includes the Kabuki sushi, its famous nigiris and an innovative range of makis and futomakis, as well as a wide variety of dim sum, dumplings and gyozas, a wide selection of baos and an original hot dog with wagyu meat that Ricardo Sanz has created specifically for this restaurant.
