Nino Redruello and Patxi Zumárraga, two chefs with extensive experience in restaurants such as La Ancha, Las Tortillas de Gabino, La Gabinoteca and Tatel, are at the helm of this Scandinavian style restaurant located between the districts of Chamberí and Malasaña.
Inspired by new culinary trends from Northern Europe, opting for simplicity, freshness, and focusing on quality ingredients, Fismuler offers a menu that changes daily. They serve up traditional Spanish dishes with Nordic touches, featuring specialities such as smoked and spiced veal carpaccio with coffee and pepper, cucumber, fig, and grilled pilchard salad, surf and turf (chick peas sautéed with beef tendon and crayfish tails), bass confit, and top loin of pork roasted with apricot and kale.
