Chef Begoña Freire, trained at the prestigious French culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, offers an interesting culinary experience in which she is committed to quality ingredients, healthy cuisine and creativity, through a menu that varies according to the season.
The establishment, located in Calle Ayala 27, is comfortable and elegant, with large tables and elegant armchairs, in which modernity is combined with tradition.
The Étimo proposal consists of a menu divided into four courses: First, Second, Afterwards and And Finally, whereby the diner chooses one dish from each course. All of the fish, meat and poultry used have been bred in healthy environments, with a 100% organic diet and meticulous care, respecting their wellbeing, and the fruit and vegetables have been grown and handled without the use of any chemical products.
