Doli, the second culinary adventure in Madrid by the Indian businessman, Mohamed Rana, is located just a short walk from Calle Serrano, following the opening of Fathe Pur, in the Retiro District. In this bright and spacious restaurant, diners will be able to savour traditional Indian cuisine prepared to Spanish taste.   

The recipes prepared by Chef Jahangir Kabir include Butter Chicken, chicken served in a smooth and creamy sauce, with tomato, aromatic spices  and a touch of fenugreek, Chicken Tikki Massale, chicken with a creamy sauce of smooth aromatic spices, the Vegetable Mix, a selection of vegetables with a mild or spicy sauce  and the Plain Nan or Cheese Nan, natural bread baked in the oven or with cheese. The wines are from wineries in La Rioja and Ribera del Duero.

Doli has a daily set menu for €13.90 during the week and  a sampling menu for €27.90.
