    The great chef Carlos Oyarbide oversees this restaurant located on Madrid's Golden Mile, an intimate setting where you can enjoy food that respects products and the seasonality of food. There is more formal dining in the dining room, and a more relaxed option in the bar area.

    Divided into two different areas, this restaurant offers two different ways of enjoying the cuisine of its prestigious chef. In the more informal bar area, Oyarbide prepares a range of dishes, from surprising hot dogs to griddled octopus. In the dining room, on the other hand, they serve up traditional dishes with a contemporary twist, simple meals rooted in the culture of Navarre, such as hake with a cristal pepper, chilli and garlic sauce, cod in a tomato and garlic sauce, semi-fluid latxa sheep's milk croquettes with sprouting spinach and Idiazábal cheese filigree, or veal snout with cream of lentils and carrots with croutons.
