As if it were a former mansion in the English countryside, this restaurant in Calle Velázquez proposes an immersion in quality healthy cuisine, carefully prepared with respect, as preached by the cannons of slow food, all of which is surrounded by vegetation and careful decoration, down to the tiniest detail.
Run by chefs, David Ariza and Jordi Bresó, it offers an extensive menu in which each dish is prepared combining traditional recipes with an innovative style. Vegetable breakfasts and afternoon teas which are gluten, sugar and lactose free, vegan dishes, nutri-bowls, vegetable pasta and rice, traditional hamburgers, tartars and ceviches, ecological smoothies are just some of the many proposals.
As interesting details, it is worth highlighting their commitment to the international No Meat on Mondays initiative,and the possibility of bringing pets along. Furthermore, it has a small store where ecological products can be purchased.
