For more than half a century, ever since 1957, this small restaurant with a traditional flair, has been preparing the best tripe in the city. They are the perfect tapa to go with any good drink.
The current owner, founder’s son, offers a rich and varied selection of tapas including patatas bravas (potatoes with a spicy tomato sauce), torreznos (fried bacon rashers), ensaladilla rusa (Spanish potato salad with tuna), canapes with smoked cod or with sardines and daily fresh sea food. The restaurant only has one long bar and a few stools.
