The ground floor of Hotel Villamagna is home to this Japanese haute cuisine restaurant, awarded a Michelin star in the 2020 edition and run by chef David Arauz, where you can savour two sampling menus based on hot food and traditional sushi, respecting Japanese flavours and techniques.
The restaurant, designed in aJapanese style, has a bar for 16 diners, in addition to a dining room with a maximum capacity of 7 people, which serves as a VIP area. 99 KŌ Sushi Bar has been designed to offer exclusive service, so it is necessary to book in advance via e-mail: reservas@99kosushibar.com
Its gastronomic offering is based on two menus: Omakase, with six courses, and Kaiseki, with 9 courses. They both include the finest selection of fish and local and international seasonal products.
The Bambú Group, which owns renowned 99 SUSHI BAR restaurants, in which David Arauz is in charge of cold cuisine, is behind this unique space.
