The Vista Alegre neighbourhood is home to this new independent creative and cultural space, set up in 2022 by Hyper Studio, which seeks to foster cross-cultural collaboration between artists and residents and support the local production sector, working with artisans, producers and micro-industry from the neighbourhood for the organisation of exhibitions and events, without forgetting its ties with the academic and research sector, whereby it works with art schools and carries out informative and educational activities. 

Collaboration with other cultural institutions and the visibility of groups of artists from beyond the country are its hallmarks.

Hyper House is located in an industrial warehouse built in 1960 as a textile factory in the heart of Carabanchel, a district that is being revamped with the arrival of artists and cultural spaces turning it into a vibrant cultural scene that is in keeping with life in the neighbourhood.

This space forms part of the Independent Spaces for Contemporary Creation Platform, whose objective is to bring together and support cultural initiatives that emerge from the heart of civil society. 
As well as housing the work of diverse artists, Hyper House also collaborates with institutions like MMMAD Urban Festival of Digital Art of Madrid or La Casa Encendida.
