Central Madrid is now home to a bakery that sells the most famous cheesecakes in Madrid, in the neighbourhood known as El Barrio de Salamanca. Alex Cordobés has another bakery in the area of Las Rozas, and thanks to the success of this first business, he has now opened up a brand-new bakery where you can buy his seven specialities: traditional cheesecake, white chocolate cheesecake, Belgian chocolate cheesecake, Iberian pistachio cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, Lotus cheesecake, and dulce de leche cheesecake.

The shop is 304 m2 in size, spread over a lower floor and another floor at street level.

The cheesecakes prepared by Alex Cordobés are famed for their creaminess, in addition to the high quality of the ingredients used. The 7 varieties come in three different sizes: Small (for three people), medium (for eight people), and large (for 13 people). At the new bakery, there will also be individual portions available and small cakes for just one person.

In addition, from January 2023, the bakery in Calle Velázquez will offer delivery via the Glovo app.
