Welcome to Madrid
Located close to Plaza de Santa Ana, in the Literary Quarter, this restaurant offers an informal and original proposal, offering a non-stop kitchen at an affordable price with creative dishes and a wide range of cocktails, with a décor that has been carefully designed and fun and unique tableware created by José Piñero, designer of the tableware for many chefs with a Michelin Star. In 2021, it won the prize for the Best Cocktail Bar-Restaurant in Spain within the framework of the ninth edition of the Fibar Fair in Valladolid.
The establishment, opened in 2018, is divided into three different settings: a cocktail bar alongside the open kitchen, a room decorated as a luxury library and a cosy indoor patio.
Run by the chef, Joaquín Serrano, who trained at the Toledo Gastronomy and Catering School, and with experience in the kitchens at Celler de Can Roca, Club Allard, Albora or Kabuki Wellington, among others, this is a Mediterranean-style gastronomic proposal with oriental touches that merges the traditional with the avant-garde.
As for cocktails, the list includes a wide variety of drinks prepared with leading alcohol brands with a fun and highly visual touch.
