Mune Madrid
Information
In the heart of Chueca you will find this small restaurant that has been bringing Lebanese gastronomy to locals and tourists alike in Madrid since October 2020. Run by Dalia Nabas and Rabib Haddad, this venue whisks diners away to a place where gastronomy, culture, and tradition come together to unite communities.
It is just over 80 square metres in size and can accommodate about 35 guests. Mune takes you on a trip to Beirut through its flavours and decor, which evokes the Middle East through its vintage-style furniture, exposed brick walls, colourful jars of spices and legumes displayed on one of its walls (jars that recall the ancient Lebanese tradition of food conservation, known as Mune, after which the restaurant is named).
The menu consists of traditional Lebanese dishes, using halal products such as hummus, tabouleh, falafel, kebab, kofta… including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
Well-behaved pets are allowed.
