Argentinean born chef, Pablo Donoso, is behind this vegan restaurant, located close to Plaza de Tirso de Molina, which merges the concepts of its three prior establishments (Distrito Vegano, Tía Carlota and La Modernista) where a menu consisting of 100% vegetarian, healthy and tasty dishes can be savoured, prepared with high quality, home grown fresh local produce.

The restaurant, with capacity for 62 people, is located in what used to be a palace, with a spectacular forged iron entrance and large windows, allowing a lot of light to enter, and painstaking decoration, in which natural and artificial plants prevail, making it look like a greenhouse.
