A Punto is made up of a team of culinary and wine professionals, sommeliers, prestigious chefs and specialised journalists, led by the sommelier, Roberta Bruno, and the culinary journalists, Ana Lorente and Sara Cucala. Courses offered include traditional Spanish cuisine, international cuisine, intensive, new techniques, rice,  confectionary or bread making.

There is also a special programme to spread Spanish gastronomy to foreigners through Cook Madrid, where courses are offered in English, Italian, French, German and Japanese.

The establishment, spanning more than 400 square metres, has two floors, on which the kitchen utensils store and bookshop is distributed, offering more than 4,000 cooking books and wine references in all languages, as well as a wine cellar, two kitchens (for 12 and 25 people cooking at the same time) and a large tasting - dining room, with capacity for around 40 people.

They also have another school devoted to ecological products and local producers in Torremocha del Jarama, a village in the sierra to the north of Madrid, located close to Patones de Arriba.
