Located at the corner of Juan Bravo Boulevard, in the Salamanca neighborhood, this restaurant founded by the founders of Vespok 360, a events’ company, it offers the possibility to enjoy an elegant fusion between different cultures respecting the Spanish cuisine thanks to the chef Gonzalo Sainz.

Decorated in an informal way, combining classical and colonial elements, like designer theater lamps and velvet curtains paying strict attention to detail, Polvora aims for the diner to feel at home, relaxed and comfortable.

The menu includes daring recipes made with ingredients from all sorts of gastronomies, that have a common ground in wishing to surprise the diner.
