This fast food Israeli restaurant offers Middle Eastern flavors in dishes like Sabij, Falafel y Shakshuka made on the spot with fresh and vegetarian ingredients. This restaurant was created by owners of the Chueca’s Hummusería and is located in Malasaña neighborhood.
This luminous and warm restaurant decorated in yellows and whites with wickerwork and some antiquities displays black and white photographs of 1950s Tel Aviv.
The menu is divided in three options: Sabij, pita bread filled with crunchy eggplant, hard-boiled egg, hummus and salad; Falafel, also with pita bread, hummus and salad; and Shakshuka, made with eggs, home-made tomato sauce with tahini and salad. The guests can choose the ingredients to their liking. They also have Israeli drinks like lemonade, and also iced tea and beer.
