Welcome to Madrid

The Lima-born chef Mario Céspedes, one of the best Peruvian chefs in Spain and the Asturian-born Conchi Álvarez are in charge of this restaurant situated at the Lista neighborhood after having a huge success in Avilés and Madrid with Ronda 14. Cilindro is well known for the quality of its dishes and the outstanding service.

The restaurant has two floors, an area with a bar overlooking the street and perfect for tapas and a large dining room in the basement. The decoration favors warm, copper and golden tones that are combined with hardwood and brass.

The menu features fashionable dishes that include elements from both Peruvian and Asturian cuisine. You can find dishes like Asturian roll with beef stew, ceviche or chicken ají with creamy coconut-and-parmesan rice. There is also a wide selection of both Spanish and international wines.
