A restaurant created by José Ángel Castro and Evangelía Chalatsakos, famous for their Granada catering company, offers a perfect mix between Spanish and international cuisine in a setting where the decoration is dominated by poplar trees evoking peaceful nature scenery that take you away from the bustling city-life.
The restaurant has two floors with a design that recreates a tree-lined boulevard using wood as a dominant element and taking care of each detail for a warm and elegant finish. The kitchen is open all day.
The menu, designed by the chef Fernando Mario Coradazzi and José Ángel Castro himself (he studied under Sergi Arola), offers avant-garde dishes based on local recipes. You can find dishes ranging from pil-pil cod-fish croquettes to grouper with three-texture eggplant and king-crab salad with a touch of apple rounded up with exquisite desserts and an impressive wine-list with over 278 wines to choose from.
