Welcome to Madrid
The Hevia family, well known in Madrid’s culinary world, along with the Peruvian chef, Omar Malpartida, run this small gourmet space in Calle Serrano, located alongside its flagship, the Hevia restaurant, with which it shares a terrace. Its cuisine stands out for the quality of the products and the presentation of the dishes.
The establishment, eclectic in terms of its decoration, has four or five tables, with retro style sofas and upholstery, a small marble and copper bar, and walls decorated in wallpaper with vegetable motifs. The lighting is subdued, which helps to create a cosy atmosphere. In addition to lunches and dinners, private events and all types of celebrations can be held there.
The menu opts for the best culinary tradition seasoned with Malpartida’s creativity, with dishes such as candied artichokes, squid in tempura or oxtail cannelloni. All of this is washed down with Martínez Lacuesta house wine, especially created for this project.
