Sinatra Ya

    Information

Jay Joden from Japan is the founder of this restaurant which offers the possibility of savouring authentic Kobe and Wagyu beef, with certification of origin. Following on from his restaurants in New York, London and other cities, Madrid is home to this exclusive establishment in which other traditional Japanese dishes, such as miso, sashimi or niguiris can be found.

The restaurant is decorated with New York inspiration and its walls are adorned with photos of Frank Sinatra, an artist who knew the owner of the establishment personally and to whom a tribute is paid.  It has a spacious dining room and a small sushi bar, all of which is adorned in Japanese details, such as the parasols that decorate the ceilings and various lamps created with ceramic bowls.

The menu focuses on this Japanese beef, from Jay Joden’s farms. Two of its specialities are sukiyaki and shabu shabu, fondues that are shared in the centre of the table.
