Welcome to Madrid

With a modern, oriental tavern style, offering a wide culinary selection, this restaurant in the north of Madrid enables you to savour authentic Orient- Western fusion dishes, where the quality of the ingredients is essential, along with their presentation. 

Kanbun has a tasteful décor with mosaics on the columns in pale tones and a  large presence of wood and vegetation. With a capacity for 120 people, it has a large, U-shaped  bar in  which there is also a lounge area, with high tables and chairs in order to savour some tapas. At the rear, there is a chill-out corner where you can enjoy some of its cocktails. It also has an outdoor terrace.

Its menu reinterprets various Spanish recipes  and adapts them to oriental cuisine, such as red tuna tartar with salmorejo and coriander, or Vietnamese rolls stuffed with oxtail.  There is no lack of sashimis, sushi, tempuras, dim sum, rice or noodles, as well as a wide variety of dishes with duck and fish as the main ingredients
